Tracy’s Quality Painting has been in business 40 years. We are a licensed, bonded and insured contractor servicing Gig Harbor, Tacoma and surrounding areas. We perform both residential and Commercial painting projects. Our employee base has an average employment length of 8 years. It’s important to us to maintain a stable crew and we try to provide a solid work environment to keep it that way.

We currently have openings for journeyman painters, crew supervisors, and helpers. Crew supervisor applicants must have experience running a paint crew, product knowledge, know how to spray and roll, cabinet experience and detail work to be considered.

Our pay scale is competitive for helpers and for supervisory positions DOE. Medical and dental benefits are available to full time employees after an initial waiting period. Supervisors are eligible for one week vacation after one year, and two weeks of vacation after two years in a supervisory position. Our supervisors/crew leads are worked year round. Applicants for a supervisory position must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record to be able to drive a company vehicle.
